న్యూస్ లైన్ , స్పెషల్ డెస్క్ : దాదాపు వెయ్యిమదికి పైగా ఉద్యోగులను ఇంటికి పంపేందుకు ఓలా ఎలక్ట్రిక్ మొబిలిటీ సిధ్ధమవుతుంది. వీరిలో చాలా మంది రెగ్యులర్ ఉద్యోగులతో పాటు కాంట్రాక్ట్ సిబ్బంది కూడా ఉన్నారు. చాలా వరకు కంపెనీకి కలిగిన నష్టాలను పూడ్చుకోవడానికి ఉద్యోగులను తీసేయాలని ఫిక్స్ అయ్యింది. అయితే సడన్ గా ఉద్యోగుల ను తొలగించారు.కొనుగోళ్లు, కస్టమర్ రిలేషన్స్ సహా పలు విభాగాల్లో ఈ కోతలు ఉంటాయని సమాచారం.
నవంబర్‌లో ఓలా 500 మంది ఉద్యోగులను తొలగించింది. డిసెంబర్ తో ముగిసిన మూడు నెలల్లో ఓలా నష్టాలు 50 శాతం పెరిగిన నేపథ్యంలో తాజా నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. కాంట్రాక్ట్ సిబ్బందితో కలుపుకొని ఓలాలో మొత్తం 4 వేల మంది పనిచేస్తున్నారు. తాజా తొలగింపులు వీరిలో సగం మందికి పైగా ఉన్నారు.
ఫ్రంట్ ఎండ్ ఆపరేషన్లను ఆటోమేటెడ్ చేసి ఖర్చులను తగ్గించుకొని, వినియోగదారులకు ఉత్తమ సేవలు అందించేందుకు కంపెనీని పునర్నిర్మిస్తామని ఓలా పేర్కొంది. ఆగష్టులో పబ్లిక్ ఇష్యూకు వెళ్లిన తర్వాత ఇప్పటి వరకు ఓలా షేర్లు 60 శాతం నష్టపోయాయి. ఫిబ్రవరిలో ఓలా 25 వేల యూనిట్లు అమ్మింది. నిర్ధారిత లక్ష్యం 50 వేలలో ఇది సగం మాత్రమే కావడం గమనార్హం.
