న్యూస్ లైన్ , స్పెషల్ డెస్క్: గుట్కా అనగానే యూపీ వాళ్లు తింటుంటారు. అక్కడ అది చాలా సాధారణంగా ఉండేదే. అయితే 100 లో 60 శాతం తింటూంటారు. వీరిలో కొంత మంది పెద్ద వాళ్లు ..ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు..పెద్ద పెద్ద లాయర్లు చాలా మందే ఉంటారు. ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ కు చెందిన ఓ ఎమ్మెల్యే కూడా ఆ కోవలోకే వస్తాడు. గుట్కా నమిలి అసెంబ్లీ హాల్ లో ఉమ్మేశాడు. యూపీ అసెంబ్లీ స్పీకర్ సతీష్ మహానా అసెంబ్లీకి వెళుతుండగా, ద్వారం వద్ద గుట్కా తిని ఊసినట్టుగా కనిపించింది. ఈ విషయాన్ని తీవ్రంగా పరిగణించిన ఆయన... భద్రతా సిబ్బందిని ఆరా తీయగా... అది ఓ ఎమ్మెల్యే పని అని వెల్లడైంది. అయితే సదరు ఎమ్మెల్యే తనంతట తానే ముందుకు వచ్చి గుట్కా ఉసినట్లు అంగీకరించాలని లేకపోతే ఆ ఎమ్మెల్యే ఎవరో తననంతట తానే ...బయటపడితే మంచిదని స్పీకర్ హెచ్చరించారు. సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో ఈ వీడియో వైరల్ అవుతుంది.
