అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాల మొదటి రోజున గవర్నర్ ప్రసంగించడం లాంఛనంగా జరిగే కార్యక్రమని, ఇది వర్కింగ్ డేగా పరిగణించబోరని అధికారులు వివరించారు.
న్యూస్ లైన్ , స్పెషల్ డెస్క్ : అసెంబ్లీకి వరుసగా 60 పనిదినాల పాటు హాజరుకాకపోతే ఎమ్మెల్యేల పై అనర్హత వేటు పడుతుంది. ఇలాంటి టైంలో వైసీపీ అధినేత జగన్, ఆయన పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు సభకు రాకపోవడం అందరిని ఆశ్చర్యపరుస్తుంది. సభకు హాజరైన కాసేపటికే తమకు ప్రతిపక్ష హోదా ఇవ్వడం లేదంటూ వైసీపీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు వాకౌట్ చేశారు.
అయితే, ఇవాళ అసెంబ్లీకి వర్కింగ్ డే కాదని అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు. అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాల మొదటి రోజున గవర్నర్ ప్రసంగించడం లాంఛనంగా జరిగే కార్యక్రమని, ఇది వర్కింగ్ డేగా పరిగణించబోరని అధికారులు వివరించారు. అసెంబ్లీ స్పీకర్ అధ్యక్షతన జరిగే సమావేశాన్నే వర్కింగ్ డే గా లెక్కిస్తారని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఇవాళ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు అసెంబ్లీకి హాజరై సంతకాలు చేసినప్పటికీ , ఆ సంతకాలను తాము పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోబోమని అధికారులు వివరించారు. టెక్నికల్ గా చూస్తే అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాలు రేపు ప్రారంభం అవుతున్నట్లు లెక్క అని తెలిపారు.
